I could've installed XP again, but I wanted a Vista laptop and this hardware is good for Vista anyways, along with the fact that this laptop has a SATA storage connector instead of IDE, meaning Windows XP requires a special driver for it to even get past the first setup screen without a Blue Screen of Death.
