The Xbox 360 S, commonly known as the Xbox 360 Slim, is the first redesign of the Xbox 360, and was originally released on June 18, 2010 with a 250 GB internal hard drive. A later model was released on August 3, 2010 with just 4 GB of internal flash storage, which replaced the Xbox 360 Arcade. Compared to the original Xbox 360 model, the S has an integrated Wi-Fi adapter, does not include memory card slots and instead uses USB drives to expand storage, and has a new design with a matte black finish.
Collection Specifics
My Xbox 360 S is the Arcade-replacement 4 GB model that I bought from a Goodwill thrift store for $25 in December 2021.
